Holiday Apartment for our Guests
1. Upon renting a flat or guest apartment through www.ferienwohnung-remise-berlin.de, the prospective tenant will receive written confirmation of the inquiry, as well as a request for a deposit of up to a maximum of 30% of the balance. Booking details, including the deadline for payment of the balance, will be provided in writing once the deposit has been made. Payment of the deposit renders the rental contract binding, and the flat or guest apartment is reserved on the tenant’s behalf.
2. Ms Bomhardt is the properties landlord.
3. If the tenant terminates the rental agreement before the agreed-upon conditions, the following provisions apply: Notice of termination date Tenant must pay (in percentage of balance):
up to 15 days before occupation date 0%, from 14 days prior 20%
from 10 days prior 40%, from 5 days prior 60%
from 3 days prior 80%, from 2 days prior 100%
4. Ms Bomhardt reserves the right to request a damage
deposit of 50 Euros at the time of occupation, which will be refunded upon key return and departure of the tenant.
5. If the tenant fails to adhere to the above-mentioned terms and conditions, or
causes damage to the rental property, the landlord has the right to immediately
terminate the rental contract, and apply a portion of the prepaid balance to defray damage costs.
6. The tenant will be held accountable for any damages incurred to the rental
property and/or objects therein (for example, burn marks, broken glass, etc.).
Damage costs are accepted by cash only, and are to be paid immediately to
the landlord.
7. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the rental property.
8. Unauthorized extra guests will result in immediate termination of the rental
contract, and a resulting surcharge applied, as outlined in point number 5.
9. Unless otherwise specified by the landlord and tenant, check out time is 11:00 a.m.
10. On loosing the keys please pay 50€ for the replacement.
11. Entering the ground of the Pappelallee 5A, and the space in the coach house is at your
own risk.

Dispute Settlement
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
